Thinking of selling some land?
We are always looking for more blocks of land to buy, divide into smaller blocks and re-sell. This provides a simple, quick, single transaction for the seller. By splitting the land into smaller plots we then make it possible for people with less money to spare to buy just a few acres. Typical buyers are "hobby farmers" who want to grow some trees (usually broadleaf or orchard), grow vegetables, raise a few chickens, keep horses, keep bees or just want a wildflower meadow to picnic in with their grandchildren.
We are interested in arable land, woodland, amenity land, set-aside, odd strips and blocks that are uneconomic to grow crops on. Holdover until the end of harvest need not be a problem and we can provide cash on early exchange of contracts, in order to ease any cash-flow problem. We do not need or ask for agricultural subsidy allocations, you can keep those or sell them separately.
